1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using BOOKED by INVYTE (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BOOKED by INVYTE is a quote management application that allows event service businesses to create, customize, and send professional quotes to clients. The Service is available in Free and Pro tiers.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide a valid email address and create a password.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
  • One account per user. Sharing accounts is prohibited.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all content created using the Service, including quotes sent to clients.
  • You must not use the Service for unlawful activities or to send spam.
  • You must not attempt to access other users' data or compromise system security.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of pricing and business information in your quotes.

5. Subscription Plans

The Service offers two plans:

  • Free Plan: No cost. Includes core quote creation with limited features.
  • Pro Plan: $9.99/month. Includes premium templates, unlimited quotes, and advanced features.

6. Payment & Billing

  • Pro Plan subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
  • Payment is charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.
  • Prices may change with reasonable advance notice.
  • Taxes, if applicable, are added to the subscription price.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

  • You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the app or Stripe customer portal.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
  • Upon cancellation, your account reverts to the Free Plan.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, templates, and software, is owned by BOOKED by INVYTE and protected by intellectual property laws. Quote templates are licensed for your use within the Service. You retain ownership of the content you create.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

10. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for the accuracy of quotes you create or their acceptance by clients.

11. Account Termination

We may suspend or deactivate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Super Admins may deactivate accounts for policy violations.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
